EK Digital Solutions does not transfer ownership of third-party software unless expressly stated.

Customers are responsible for maintaining valid licences and subscriptions where applicable.

For website development projects, the final scope, features, content, revisions, hosting, domain registration and ongoing maintenance arrangements will normally be specified in a quotation or separate agreement.

Customers must have appropriate authority to permit EK Digital Solutions to conduct security testing on systems, networks, applications or infrastructure.

EK Digital Solutions will not knowingly conduct unauthorised security testing.

Customers remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and business continuity measures before authorised security testing or infrastructure changes.

12. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and reasonable access necessary for the delivery of agreed services.

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate technical information where required
  • Provide appropriate access credentials where necessary
